The New South Wales Division of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers has a Risk Management Program called “SEARCH” of which Alternative Conveyancing takes part. A broad cross section of all of our files are examined by a Professional Standards Auditor from “Search” to ensure that all proper procedures and practices were implemented.
We hold a certificate of accreditation to certify that Alternative Conveyancing has met the approved professional quality assurance program.
